As a result of our programming, participant share not only completed the program, but have been placed on jobs averaging $18-$19 an hour. One participant stated, “This program is the best thing to ever happen to me. I was in such a dark place but completing this program and getting a job has made me feel whole again.” PACDC partnered with Resource MFG. EMPLOMENT OPPORTUNITIES

By connecting participants with job placement services, internships, or apprenticeships, the program helps individuals secure meaningful employment. This is particularly vital in communities where job opportunities are limited, helping to reduce unemployment rates and poverty levels.
